Founder.tn is run by Seif Amara in Tunisia. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms. Questions: contact@founder.tn.

Give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. One person, one account. You are responsible for what is done with your account.

Listing a startup on Founder.tn is free. Only list startups you build or are allowed to represent. You keep the rights to your content (name, logo, description); you allow us to show it on Founder.tn and to share it when we promote the site, for example on social media.

Don't publish anything illegal, misleading, offensive, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may edit, hide or remove content that breaks these rules.

Rankings only mean something if votes are real. Creating fake accounts, buying or trading votes, or any automated voting is not allowed. We may remove suspicious votes, and remove or suspend the accounts and startups involved.

A sponsor spot shows your startup in the sponsor area of the homepage and leaderboard for 2 weeks. The price is shown before you pay. Payment is made through DHMAD.

There is a limited number of spots. When they are full, your spot is placed in a queue and you see your exact start date before paying. A confirmed start date can only move earlier, never later.

You can ask for a full refund until your spot goes live by writing to contact@founder.tn. Once it is live, it is not refundable. We show impressions and clicks in your dashboard, but we don't guarantee a particular number of visits, clicks or sales.

We may refuse or end a sponsorship for a startup that breaks these terms; in that case we refund the unused part.

We work to keep Founder.tn available and accurate, but the site is provided as it is, without guarantees. We are not responsible for the startups listed or for anything agreed between users. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

You can delete your account at any time from Dashboard Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and important changes will be announced on the site or by email. These terms are governed by Tunisian law.
